About Commercial Kentucky

Commercial Kentucky, Inc. was founded in 1973 as Scherer/Casper & Associates. The firm was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 1981, expanded its capabilities to include real estate market research, property management and appraisal services, in addition to office, industrial, retail and investment brokerage services and operated as Cushman & Wakefield of Kentucky until 1992. Following five years as a Grubb & Ellis Affiliate, Commercial Kentucky, Inc. rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in March of 2005 as a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.
