Greg Charmoli joined Commercial Kentucky as an Industrial Brokerage Advisor in 1998. Since joining the firm, Greg has represented both local and national clientele in lease negotiations, facility acquisitions and dispositions. As an 11 year veteran, Greg has vast business experience as a sales and leasing agent specializing solely in industrial properties. Greg’s clients appreciate his responsiveness, honesty, professionalism and thoughtful insight when negotiating the many steps of the sometimes complicated transaction process. Greg received his bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University.
