Career Summary
Since joining Commercial Kentucky, Inc. in 2002, Rick has been a leader in the Office Services Group. He was the Director of Leasing at Fenley Real Estate before joining the Commercial Kentucky, Inc. team. During this period, he successfully leased much of Fenley’s Hurstbourne Green office portfolio. Rick’s professional affiliations include 2003 and 2005 IPC Broker of the Year, CCIM Designee and 2006 President of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter.
Rick is also a member of the Louisville Board of Realtors and has presented for the Louisville Chapter of BOMA, CREW and IFMA. Mr. Ashton is on the Board of Directors of Cabbage Patch Settlement House, is currently President of Harmony Landing Country Club, and is a former Administrative Council Chairman for Christ Church United Methodist. He is a graduate of the Focus Louisville Program. Mr. Ashton received his bachelor's degree from DePauw University.
