Office Market
- Central Business District (CBD)
Extends from River Road to York Street
and from Hancock Street to Ninth Street
- Old Louisville: Includes the downtown area immediately surrounding
the CBD, as well as Old Louisville.
- Hurstbourne/Lyndon: Largest suburban market includes areas east of
I-264, north of Shelbyville Road and south of Westport Road
- Plainview/Middletown: Contains the areas south of Shelbyville Road,
north of I-64 and east of Hurstbourne Pkwy.
- Southeast: Includes the area along S. Hurstbourne Parkway, extending
south from I-64 to Bardstown Road

of Westport Road and east of I-264.
- St. Matthews: Largely within I-264 and east of Bardstown Road

Industrial Market
- Central: Lies within I-264, and is bounded to the north by the Ohio
River. Includes the CBD, and offers excellent access to interstates and the
airport. Tax incentives are available to businesses located within the
Enterprise Zone.
- East: Runs along the eastern portion of I-264 down Bardstown Road and
extends east. Exceptional highway accessibility makes the submarket ideal
for distribution.
- South: Located south of I-264 to the Jefferson County line, and extends
east to Bardstown Road and west to National Turnpike.
- West/Southwest: Area west of I-264 and National Turnpike and north
to the Ohio River. Jefferson Riverport International is located here and
maintains a Foreign Trade Zone designation. The area is further
enhanced by its inclusion in the Louisville Enterprise Zone.
- Bullitt County: Is bounded by the Jefferson County line on the north
