Career Summary

Sam rejoined Commercial Kentucky in 2011 bringing 11 years of commercial real estate experience back to the firm after 18 years of cross training in the capital and financial markets.  Sam specializes in investment properties, office properties and land.  His combined experiences in real estate and capital markets provides with him with unique insight into the property markets, the participants and finance.

Sam began his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1982.  He specialized in office properties; representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of property.

Sam received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a MBA from the University of North Carolina.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designations.
